1. The gift items redeemed by MONTEGO BAY owners will be delivered around one month after redemption, there will be follow-up calls for delivery arrangement.

3. The owner should create account and redeem the gift items at exclusive Welcome Gift Redemption website for MONTEGO BAY owners within 90 days upon issuance of the Gift Card (inclusive of date of issue), for the card did not activated on the 91 st day will be voided, owner’s right to the gift redemption shall then be forfeited .
